烟草损伤信号分子机制及其相关基因表达的研究进展

摘 要:

植物在遭受机械损伤或食草动物伤害时, 体内的信号应答防御系统立即被激活, 从而激活防御相关基因的表达, 达到 自我保护的目的。信号分子如系统素、系统素糖肽前体物质, 是茄科植物中具有信号传导功能的一类多肽, 在损伤信号传 导方面起着重要的作用。近年来, 对系统素家族以及茉莉酸等信号传导方面的研究有了很大的进展, 本文着重对烟草中的 主要损伤信号分子进行系统的阐述, 并且对损伤后烟草相关基因的表达变化做了简单的归纳与分析, 旨在为烟草的抗虫性、 烟叶的储存与加工等方面的研究提供参考。

Abstract:

When suffering from mechanical wounds or herbivore injuries, the signal response defense systems of plants will be activated promptly, which activates the expression of defense-relate genes to self-protection. Systemin and HypSys, a group of peptides in Solanaceous family, play important roles in wounding signal transduction. Recently, researches on the signal transduction of systemins and jasmonic acid have a big progress. This review provided references for the research of insect resistance, storage and processing of tobacco leaves, introduced the main wound signaling molecules, and summarized the expression of wounding defense-related genes in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum).
